Nabulsi (or naboulsi) is a Palestinian white brined cheese. It is salty in taste and popular in Syria, Lebanon and Jordan as well. It is produced from sheep’s milk or sometimes goat’s milk. This semi-hard cheese becomes soft when heated. It can be fried in oil or eaten fresh or used in a dessert knafeh.
