Desi Chickpeas are packed with nutrients and controls blood sugar. These are found in light to dark brown in color. They are in the 6 to 7mm range, with a thick seed coat. The Desi Chickpeas produced are split in half to make Chana Dal then dal is grounded accordingly to make desired textured flour called besan (Gram Flour).

– Boil and use it in chana masala and chana chaat.
